Prices are per gite per week.

Prices are per gite per week, not per person, and include electricity for cooking, lighting, hot and cold water. Heating is included in the price, however for long term rental electricity usage will be charged for. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request, with prior notification. Prices include bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers and mattress sheet).

An additional charge for Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax) will be charged per person per day for all adults and children 12 years and over.

Bookings should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25 % of total rental payable by credit card, or cheque (euros) made payable to Gites in Dinan, with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. It is suggested that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances.

A security deposit of €300 is required in case of damage to the property or its contents. The deposit must be paid at the same time as the final payment, and may be paid by credit card or cheque. For further information concerning this please refer to our terms and conditions clause 5.

For deposits and balances we accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards and debit cards. For security reasons, please do not send credit card details by email. Our normal procedure is to take credit card details over the telephone or by fax.

Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. Gites are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests needs. Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for further information. Guests should leave the gites clean and in the same state as they found them at the end of their stay.
