Our 1 bedroom Gite in Dinan, Brittany know as Ker Viviane, is situated on the delightful cobbled road near to the Port of Dinan, and is surrounded by traditional Breton homes dating from the 1400's.

Is a newly renovated one bedroom self-catering gite located on the Rue du Petit Fort.

Situated on the ground floor and graced with a large window looking out over the cobbled Rue du Petit Fort, this compact gite offers a combined living/kitchen/dining area.   

All guests will recieve a complimentary welcome basket.

Living Area      

For your comfort this area is furnished with two arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, DVD player, stereo system, and dining room suite.    

Kitchen/Dining Area     

A newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, convection microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.   

Bedroom                

The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

Bathroom     

This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

For your convenience bed linen for all beds and towels are supplied.
