Situated on the 1st floor, this 2 bedroom holiday rental property in Dinan, Brittany is bright and airy, comprising the
living room dining area and kitchen. The living room which is situated at the front of the property is graced with large
windows over looking the cobbled street lined with traditional Breton houses dating back to the 1400's. For your
comfort the living room is furnished with a 3 seated lounge, 2 arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available,
broadband internet connection, laptop computer, DVD player and stereo system. This open plan room leads onto the
dining area and newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cookerand hob, electric oven, microwave oven,
large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine,iron and ironing board.
The French door leads from the kitchen onto a private terrace and garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing
table and bedside tables. The twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, bedside tables and 1/2 sized wardrobe with drawers.
