Rental prices listed in EUROS.
payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.
Rental week commences from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. However, we do try to accommodate mid-week chage-over's where possible. A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
Tourist tax of 80 cents per adult per night is due upon arrival
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Tourist tax ( Taxe de sejour) is due upon arrival is is calculated at €0.80 per adult per night (from 1st January 2019).
Payments in GBP is accepted via bank transfer to UK Sterling account or in Euros by bank transfer into Euro bank account.
One small dog is permitted per reservation with prior approval. There will be an extra charge for this.
