This self catering holiday apartment in Dinan sleeps 4 people. This 2 bedroom gite in Brittany know as Ker Arthur is situated on an enchanting cobbled street near to the port of Dinan, surrounded by traditional breton houses. 

1st Floor

This self catering apartment is bright and airy, comprising the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room which is situated at the front of the property is graced with large windows over looking the cobbled street lined with traditional Breton houses dating back to the 1400's. For your comfort the living room is furnished with a 6 seater lounge, 2 arm chairs, broadband internet.

This open plan room leads onto the dining area and fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

From the kitchen a French door leads from onto a private terrace and garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

2nd Floor

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe, while bedroom 2 is a twin with a six drawer and half size wardrobe combination.

The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom comprising a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin.

Parking: private lock up garage is located a short walk from the apartment.
